Herein you will find a hand selected collection of various works by noted men used of God over the last few centuries. Their work has held up against scripture and critics alike as showing the sovereignty, grace, mercy and election of God.
While this is by no means an exhaustive list (Spurgeon alone wrote several dozen volumes).. it is my hope you will find a renewed awe for God, rest for your soul and love for others that so many have found in these studies. -- Editor; Henry Velez

Isa 64:6-8 For we are all become as one that is unclean, and all our righteousnesses are as a polluted garment: and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away. (7) And there is none that calleth upon thy name, that stirreth up himself to take hold of thee; for thou hast hid thy face from us, and hast consumed us by means of our iniquities. (8) But now, O Jehovah, thou art our Father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.

Quote :
"How, then," says one, "am I to make my calling and election sure?" Why, thus:—If thou wouldest get out of a doubting state, get out of an idle state; if thou wouldst get out of a trembling state, get out of an indifferent lukewarm state; for lukewarmness and doubting, and laziness and trembling, very naturally go hand in hand. If thou wouldest enjoy the eminent grace of the full assurance of faith under the blessed Spirit's influence and assistance, do what the Scripture tells thee—"Give diligence to make your calling and election sure." Wherein shalt thou be diligent? ... Be diligent in your faith.
--C.H. Spurgeon
